Literally the best anime shop in SA but for anime figures. The shop has a wide selection that is well protected in glass case and locks. These are highend figures so it makes sense to me. Please be mindful and do not grab stuff from above the shelves. Yes the stuff is a little pricy but it is whatvit is. They also have tasty snacks to buy. Would highly recommend.

Really cool store, but I did have an issue with a short lady who works there. When I saw merchandise without prices in one place. I asked the prices for them. She claimed that she doesn’t know off of her head and wasn’t willing to check prices. Then I picked one that I was interested in buying one of them and still wanted to know what was the price for the other to see if it was in my budget. She ended up forcing me to try buy both of them. I do not understand why did she wants to work there. She has an expression of hating her job.

Decent variety of Gundam model kits which I have apparently gone full addict over as i feel compelled to purchase one every week immediately after getting paid. The prices are on par with online standards, however the in store experience makes it that much harder to resist considering the fairly frequent restocking of unique models every few weeks. That's been my experience anyhow. If you are prone to purchasing at a similar rate as i, those rewards offers will payout pretty quickly which is pretty neat. The employees seem to be friendly enough but that may just be due to some mutually understood and unspoken code of respect shared amongst fellow niche culturalists or something....

My kids and I are hooked on this spot. There are a lot of statues, collectibles, and a section with tools to build and paint models. There’s a small section in the back with some video games and tables for any card games or games you may want to play as a group. My favorite part sits right at the entrance of the store. There are vending machines with toys you can get with tokens. There are so many different toys to choose from. You can also find Japanese snacks and drinks right by the vending section.

It’s a good anime figure shop, but for being a shop that advertises trade-ins on their social medias then they are quite lackluster and disrespectful. I am a big anime figure collector myself, and I am trying to downsize on my collection. I brought in almost 20 figures varying between new/unopened, opened but like new, scale, and prize. All the figures originated from different animes and video games as well. The owner did not want any of my figures. Not a single one. I would actually be very understanding if they provided a reasoning as to why they didn’t want any of my figures, but upon asking if there was a reason given to why the owner declined, the employee said “no.” There was also no attempt to reason with my prices, or offer me store credit instead of cash, or to take some figures over the others. Now I’m skeptical. Does this shop even take trade ins? I find it hard to believe that’s the truth when I ask for some explanation, and I receive a one word response. What a waste of my time.

Overall, I'd give this place a 4 star rating for right now. Up front, the young man working the counter did explain that inventory was low and being restocked or waiting for stock. I'm sure this place will get the last star when their inventory is replenished. I'm gonna shoot you straight, this place was well stocked in certain item's. No posters or cloth posters/banners like in most other anime shops but, a good selection of anime products, to include food, snacks, and drinks, of which they were really low on. Plenty of stuffed figures and figures in general. I could photograph all of it but, I photo'd a lot. They have an attached game.room, and I was excited at 1st but, a little disappointed when some of the games were turned off or not working. We were in a little bit of a rush, so we will return later. The food truck out front, (see pictures), was why we circled back and came to browse. We will return. Just be warned the faded out posters in front of the store will fool you if you let them. Get out of your car and check them out, you really won't be disappointed.

This place has been a rough journey. I placed an order on September 10th. I just now got the product on September 29th. I was never sent a confirmation email, but they said I never left an email…maybe, so fair. However, I did write their posted sales team an email and never got a response. I finally called after about a week and a half. The employee told me to get help just write the store on Facebook or Instagram. I asked why she couldn’t just get their supervisor, no answer there. Well, as I opened the massively delayed packaged, I didn’t even get what I ordered. So, if you like long wait times, no communication, or even getting what you paid for then shop online here. Otherwise there are plenty of different places.
